Job Description:

  1. The Position :

– Flexgigzz is looking for a Product Manager to In-charge of Different Categories on our global platform.

– The Product Manager will lead our customer engagement and retention initiatives that build an effective, seamless, and engaging experience for our Employer and Flexer.

– As a Product Manager you have to bringing new product lines to consumers in an engaging, functional way, and collaborating with other departments also create reports to Flexgigzz’s Upper Management.

– The ideal candidate is a thoughtful, collaborative leader with strong communication skills and the ability to influence others.

 

  1. Responsibilities :

– Product manager responsible to develops products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, determining specifications, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction / marketing strategies.

– Collaborate with analytics to define and analyze success metrics for product features and initiatives.

– Creation of the product positioning, the benefit arguments and sales arguments for the target segments, as well as their dissemination for the support of Marketing and Sales.

– Create mission statement for product launch and forecast performance in individual channels.

 

  1. Requirements :

– 5+ years experience working as a Sr. Product Manager in a fast-paced environment.

– Knowledge of the market and industry.

– Bachelor’s Degree with excellent communication skills.

– Excellent networking skills, especially with regard to distribution channels and social media.

– Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.

– Flexgigzz is looking for a Key Accounts Manager to manage the Flexgigzz’s Employer department and In-charge of overall employer welfare related issue.

– Developed and implemented corporate-wide policies and procedures for managing all elements of welfare plans.

– The Key Accounts Manager is professionals who respond to and moderate issues on our Global platform.

– As a Key Accounts Manager , you will build strong relationships or solve complicated problems and reports to Flexgigzz’s Upper Management.

– The ideal candidate is a thoughtful, collaborative leader with strong communication skills and the ability to influence others.

 

  1. Responsibilities :

– Act as point of contact for Employer related crisis escalations that impact Flexgigzz’s community and reputation.

– Interact with Employers on a daily basis, responding to their questions about the company’s invoices, products or concerns and guiding them to the appropriate service.

– Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.

– Lead and Train Key accounts staff.

 

  1. Requirements :

– 5+ years experience as a Key Accounts Manager.

– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

– Aptitude in networking and building relationships.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management skills.

– Proven effectiveness in a constantly changing, entrepreneurial environment with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.

– Flexgigzz is looking for a Customer Service Manager to manage the Flexer (Freelancer) department. He/she will be In- charge of overall Flexer welfare related issue.

– Developed and implemented corporate-wide policies and procedures for managing all elements of welfare plans.

– The Customer Service Manager is professionals who respond to and moderate issues on our Global Platform.

– As a  Customer Service Manager, you will build strong relationships or solve complicated problems and reports to Flexgigzz’s Upper Management.

– The ideal candidate is a thoughtful, collaborative leader with strong communication skills and the ability to influence others.

 

  1. Responsibilities :

– Act as point of contact for Flexer related crisis escalations that impact Flexgigzz’s community and reputation.

– Interact with Flexers on a daily basis, responding to their questions about the company’s billing statements, products or concerns and guiding them to the appropriate service.

– Perform business market analyses to determine customer needs and new opportunities.

– Oversee, manage and train our Customer Service Associates.

 

  1. Requirements :

–  5+ years supervisory experience as a Customer Service Manager.

– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

– Good understanding of management practices and techniques.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.

– Works well under pressure and manages stressful situations with ease.

  1. The Position :

– Flexgigzz is looking for a Branding & Marketing Manager to In-charge on the overall marketing activities.

– The Branding & Marketing Manager is professionals In charge of develop or launch marketing and advertising strategies, as well as budgets.

– As a Branding & Marketing Manager you have to support the brand guidelines consistency across the organization and create reports to Flexgigzz’s Upper Management.

– The ideal candidate is a thoughtful, collaborative leader with strong communication skills and the ability to influence others.

 

  1. Responsibilities :

– Proposed, formed and developed the marketing team and initial marketing plan to achieve corporate objectives.

– Work closely with Research and Development to define products for existing sales channels as well as lines for new sales funnels.

– Lead all digital strategies: websites, SEO, retargeting, E-comm, social & video & image content to increased customer engagement and brand loyalty.

– Lead and Train Branding & Marketing staff.

 

  1. Requirements :

– 5+ years experience as a Branding & Marketing Manager.

– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred.

– A suitable candidate will also have a proven and successful track record in executing digital ad campaigns on multiple channels.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management skills.

– Proven effectiveness in a constantly changing, entrepreneurial environment with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.

1.The Position :

– Flexgigzz is looking for a Sales and Community Relations Coordinator to manage the Flexgigzz’s Freelancer department and In-charge of Freelancer division related issues.

– The Key Sales and Community Relations Coordinator is professionals who respond to and moderate issues on the platform.

– As a Sales and Community Relations Coordinator, you will build strong relationships or solve complicated problems.

 

2.Responsibilities :

– Act as point of contact for Freelancer related crisis escalations that impact Flexgigzz’s community and reputation.

– Interact with Freelancer on a daily basis, responding to their questions about the payments, products, or concerns and guiding them to the appropriate service.

– Find new clients, and develop new strategies for customer retention activities.

– Promoting products or services through digital platforms to Freelancer agencies/platform related.

– Make a report on a daily basis and other duties as assigned.

 

3.Requirements :

– Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing / Sales / eCommerce with at least 1 year of business partnering experience.

– Fluent in English.

– Degree in Business Administration / Sales field preferred.

– Interpersonal skills, excellent customer service, empathy, ability to solve problems, and ability to handle rejection.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media, and able to create innovative marketing campaigns.

– Understanding of sales process/collaboration, and recruitment skills.

– Have a laptop and internet connection.
