Sales:

  1. The Position:

– Flexgigzz is looking for a Branding & Marketing Manager to In-charge on the overall marketing activities.

– The Branding & Marketing Manager is professionals In charge of develop or launch marketing and advertising strategies, as well as budgets.

– As a Branding & Marketing Manager you have to support the brand guidelines consistency across the organization and create reports to Flexgigzz’s Upper Management.

  1. Responsibilities:

– Proposed, formed and developed the marketing team and initial marketing plan to achieve corporate objectives.

2.Responsibilities:

– Act as point of contact for Freelancer related crisis escalations that impact Flexgigzz’s community and reputation.

– Interact with Freelancer on a daily basis, responding to their questions about the payments, products, or concerns and guiding them to the appropriate service.

– As a Product Manager you have to bringing new product lines to consumers in an engaging, functional way, and collaborating with other departments also create reports to Flexgigzz’s Upper Management.

  1. Responsibilities:

– Product manager responsible to develops products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, determining specifications, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction / marketing strategies.

– Collaborate with analytics to define and analyze success metrics for product features and initiatives.

– Creation of the product positioning, the benefit arguments and sales arguments for the target segments, as well as their dissemination for the support of Marketing and Sales.

Esports:

Job Summary:

Managing our various coaches, players, and team.

Assisting with talent acquisition and recruiting of new players, coaches, and team.

Ensure all players, coaches, and team fulfil sponsorship deliverables.

Report on a regular basis and create monthly plan.

Researching & Identifying emerging games and game developers.

 

Primary Duties:

Research market to identify sources of talents (Talent Acquisition and Recruitment ).

Assisting esports department in talent recruitment and onboarding.

Assist coaches and players with market research on other players in the market.

Advise and develop plans/business case for new strategic.

Maintain close working relationship with the esports director.

Leverage key findings and data to advise, develop, and execute talent recruiting

Description:

The eSports Coach will managing and implementing eSports programs.

Coordinate existing programs and assist with the development of new initiatives related to eSports programs to maximize revenue and mission.

Develop, oversee, and coordinate esports teams and programs, including player recruitment, practices, matches, and league play.

Coach eSports participants one-on-one and in small group settings, instilling lifelong skills such as leadership, communication, teamwork, and strategy.

Research and analyze best practices for developing game plans, tactics, techniques, and strategies for competition.

Coordinate with the IT department to ensure appropriate facility setup as well as software and hardware maintenance in support of eSports and computer lab programs.

Develop meaningful relationships with members and participants through supervision of on-going activities and day-to-day interactions.

 

Requirements:

A high school diploma/GED is required.

Bachelor’s degree is preferred either in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc), or an unrelated field with directly applicable work experience. Must have a demonstrated ability to multi-task and problem solve efficiently.

Coordinator should have proven skills in the use of a wide variety of software and hardware related to eSports as well as Google suite and Microsoft Office suite. This person must also be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
