Flexer / Freelancer:

As a Flexer, you can post many gigzz as you want without any limitations.

You can submit many proposals to different Jobs offer without limit, before Jobs deadline.

Flexgigzz provide variety of job categories that suit your skills and projects

The client will approach you for the offer. Instead you also can explore any job on Flexgigzz. Go to menu “Job Listings” and find out the best fit for your skills.

Yes, You can and we also promote random Flexers with outstanding profile on our social media pages.

Complete your profile and provide your sample and project to attract trust from the clients and be accessible with client’s offer so your response rate always on top.

Once the email has been verified and won’t able to change. Please call customer service to assist you.

You will be able to get your earn money transferred to your Paypal account after 7 days or similar.

No, You can easily choose and click your English level to let clients understand before send their offer to you.

Make sure to input correct email when logging into your account, If still unable to access your account try to click “forgot password” then check email to change new password. If you find your account still unable to access, we recommend reaching our to our Support team and we will assist with detail issues if the account was closed by the site administrators.

Employer:

To post a job on Flexgigzz make sure you sign in as an employer account and has completed your profile. Then you can Go to Manage Jobs and click “Post a Job”. You can also  watch step by step tutorial on the video.

In Flexgigzz we have additional service to Employer on special project, limited time or certain requirement, we encourage you to use our Concierge service.

Please refer to our Terms and Conditions. Flexgigzz Team will investigate the refund request and you have to inform your Flexer/Frelancer in advance. Please send email to [email protected] or contact one of our customer service team.

When Employer create Milestone Payments, the fund will be held until Employer decide to release it to Flexer/Freelancer, once its released we cannot recover the funds.

If you wish to cancel or edit the Milestone payment please contact our customer service team or send an email to [email protected]

Check Flexer/freelancers service offer/gigzz, you can contact them use the send message button on their profile. We recommend contacting your seller before placing your order, especially if you have specific requirements/criteria.

Yes, you can pay with your credit card or debit card, please check our Fees and Charge.

If you are not happy with your delivery/result, you can ask the seller for revisions. You can also resolve any further issues by contacting our Customer Service Team.

Yes, you will get official invoices that can be downloaded or printed.

We suggest you to evaluate their proposal and their profile before hire them for your project. Check their feedback, review, portfolio, and details also useful.
