• Responsible for sales job, including estimating price, preparing quotation, arrange working schedule.
• Collect information of customer’s project requirements and get order.
• Arrange new product schedule with team.
• Follow new product progress.
• Create monthly report such as new product, on time payment from customer, sales in month (direct to Japan Manager).
• Monitoring shipment / delivery.
• Handling request and/or complaint andsolve problem from customer(delivery, negotiate price, contract agreement)
• Maintain good relation to customer and supplier.
• Follow up aging AR customer.
