• Samet is a global furniture accessories manufacturer in Turkey with branches in US, Russia, Germany, Italy, China and Netherlands. Producing hinges, drawer slides, lifters, fittings and lightings.
• Managed strategic marketing, product management, digital marketing, business development, segment-based sales channel strategies, OEM key account sales for local and global markets and e-Commerce for Turkey's leading furniture fittings company. Leading a team of 4 Product Managers and 2 Business Analysts.
• Served as interim Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for one year, providing leadership and strategic direction during maternity cover.
• Lead new product development processes, feasibilities, productivity, pricing, profit, budget, business plans, marketing plans, S&OP for company branches with over 10k SKUs in 6 different product families.
• Creating campaigns of price, bundles, sales, advertising, and promotion for every sales channel.
• Responsible for understanding customer and market needs and building product / service strategies with R&D and other departments.
