The Content Strategist creates content that resonates with the existing community, yet is differentiated and engaging enough to draw in new, underserved, or overlooked consumers.
In addition, the Content Strategist at TenX currently also produces all external-facing, non-marketing content such as company updates, announcements, and emails.
You Are Good At
Strategy: Devise channel-specific content strategies across multiple platforms through constant audit of social media trends, blogs, industry news, and SEO analysis. These strategies will need to be built on the overall organizational target of user acquisition. The Content Strategist is also in charge of defining and maintaining the integrity of the brand’s tone of voice.
Execution: Leverage data, research, and versatile copywriting to create social media posts, website copy, digital advertising headers, banner copy, blog posts, and evergreen articles that are SEO optimized for inbound marketing and lead generation. Then daily, the Content Strategist will need to monitor engagement and analyze data to continuously optimize the brand’s communication. In addition to this responsibility, they will need to support product go-to-market with launch content including product announcements, launch campaigns on social media, and product marketing emails.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the engineering, brand creatives, product design, community managers, and legal and compliance departments to ensure executional excellence for all user-facing content.
We Need You To Have
