Ed-Tech startup Growth Manager ( Remote )
An incredibly rare opportunity for a passionate Growth Manager to join WhiteHat Jr, the fastest growing Ed-Tech startup backed by BYJU’s, the world’s largest Ed-tech company. Founded in late 2018 by the ex-CEO of Discovery India, WhiteHat Jr has shown blockbuster results in the first 18 months, targeting an immediate $1.1+ Billion market, enabling tremendous experience and wealth generation in a short time. The startup has grown to a $250M ARR business in the last 8 months, with 50% contribution from US, and plans to further expand into 50+ countries in the next 12 months.
Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Develop and execute plan to acquire and retain customers
Strategic initiatives to upsell the services
Gather input from customers and various internal departments, like analytics, operations and marketing, and using this information to establish growth targets
Optimise the funnel, minimise the drop offs and enhance the sales conversion using various initiatives
Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong presentation skills.
Problem-solving skills, to quickly identify and resolve any issues that arise in carrying out growth plan
Extremely data driven mindset
First principles thinking
Must be able to work both autonomously and as part of a growth management team
Drive projects to successful execution working with cross functional teams
