Freelance Visual Designer for Digital Agency

Diamond is looking for a super talented Visual Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• • Work closely with the design team, engineering team, project managers and key stakeholders to create stunning visual experiences
  • Produce powerful visuals across multiple digital platforms
  • Be able to multitask, deliver to short-term and long-term goals, fulfilling design requests, and remaining flexible in a fast-moving environment
  • Be proficient at sharing concepts, ideas and designs as well as provide feedback with professionalism, clarity, and pragmatism
  • Translate design feedback from internal team members/clients into better design solutions
  • Support project workflows from design concepts to production work with positive collaboration and attitude
  • Collaborate with team lead and UX designers on user interfaces to create intelligent, logical, and beautiful layouts and visual assets.

Your Skills & Experience

• • 5+ years’ experience with an outstanding portfolio of work, and thorough understanding of the entire creative process from strategy to execution to optimization
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
  • Advanced in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
  • Experienced in Figma and Sketch
  • Experience with Media and Entertainment industries is highly desired
  • Experience working within an agency on multiple client projects concurrently
  • Proven ability to generate compelling, results-driven digital designs for web, mobile, and social media platforms
  • A deep understanding of typography, design layouts and principles, image manipulations, and best practices across digital platforms
  • Strong foundation in graphic and digital visual design, graphic iconography, and styling
  • Excellent ability to manipulate and/or create graphic assets
  • Strong understanding of UX and UI standards and best practices
  • Accessibility experience preferred
  • Extremely detailed oriented
  • Great verbal and written skills

Portfolio must include UI and visual design samples from previous work.
