Your role

  • Lead a team of Media Specialists to plan and execute paid media campaigns on digital
  • Collaborate with team, suppliers and other departments to produce best in class digital media campaigns
  • Set up campaigns in channels such as Google Ads, Facebook and DoubleClick
  • Optimise campaigns by analysing and interpreting large sets of data
  • Generate and visualize pre, mid and post campaign reports
  • Provide actionable insights whilst always having client’s business objectives top of mind
  • Meet with clients to answer their questions on implementation and propose strategies for optimisation
  • Keep up with trends in the digital marketing space, competitors activities and best practice
  • Define, develop, and deploy SEM and paid social best practices
  • Mentor and train team members

Your profile

  • At least 4 years hands-on experience in media performance, planning, setting up and optimising media campaigns on digital channels
  • Preferably from agency background
  • Has been working on different top tier regional clients
  • Has been managing people in a team before
  • Strong operations focus, able to commit to and drive KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to convey ideas and strategies to both juniors within team and senior colleagues/clients in our different SEA markets
  • Highly analytical with a strong understanding of media metrics
  • Demonstrated critical strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Passionate about all things media and stays ahead of the curve in terms of industry innovations
  • Excellent Excel reporting and presentation skills
  • Team Leader attitude, dynamic, strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
