Remote Client Relation Senior Manager

Skyhigh.Vip Pte Ltd is looking for Remote Senior Manager, Client Relation provides support and direction to ensure the vision and exceptional customer experiences is executed across the efforts for the company. As Senior Manager,you are our frontline leader to the team through performance management, coaching, and employee development in accordance with the Sales team and and company’s objectives.

Highly collaborative and capable of working with internal partners to facilitate successful results. Demonstrated ability to analyze processes, enact change and think operationally and strategically to achieve business goals. Able to drive results and meet departmental goals with a strong sense of urgency. Knowledge of CRS tools, applications, practices, and procedures

Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, operations or related area.

5 or more years of leading people in a customer service environment.
