Job Overview

The Sales Development Representative is a highly focused and competitive role responsible for prospecting and leading qualified leads for Fieldmagic.

Job Responsibilities

  • Building of sales pipeline through direct messaging and outbound calls
  • Qualify prospects through identification of business needs and opportunity for sales
  • Schedule sales calls with leads immediately
  • Follow-up leads through calls and emails
  • Application of product knowledge to drive prospect buy-in
  • Efficient records keeping through the use of CRM system
  • Periodic management of sales engagements with local businesses as required by the management
  • Provide new qualified leads through prospecting
  • Increase number of closed sales
  • Create high levels of trust and credibility with each prospect
  • Identify clearly clients’ needs and requirements to provide proper solutions based on the benefits of the services/products offered
  • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers’ systems and processes
  • Address and document properly clients’ concerns


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing or any equivalent
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • With proven track record in sales
  • Strong analytical skills to easily evaluate client’s needs and make recommendations
  • Ability to promote and sell services/products thru marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration and sales techniques
  • Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform via written, oral, and visual media
  • Shows high level of competency through technical understanding
  • Persuasive, and influential written and verbal communication skills
  • Articulate and confident presentation skills/sales pitch and a professional telephone manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills
