Requirements:

  • Our client is asking for an embedded trainer in the customer service division for handling the classroom + desktop training necessary for Client’s end-users – who are primarily high level VIP users and executive leadership.
  • The Trainer will need to develop the curriculum, training materials, guides, etc., and also possess the appropriate temperament for interacting with VIP-level end users.
  • There are also plans to expand application’s footprint to include other internal departments , so there could be enterprise training requirements in the future.
