Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Training Manager who can support and train our pilots and depot team. The safety of our employees and our customers is at the heart of our business. This role will be responsible for all training across our operations team and ensure we are improving training programs in line with global best practice and health & safety regulations.
- Ensures all safety manuals, programs, policies and practices are current and meet the needs of the operations
- Ensures that staff is adequately trained, understands and executes on safety and security standards
- Supports HSE in the incident management. Investigates accidents and applies learning to the team
- Effectively coordinates with stakeholders to identify and create improvement training programs
- Develops local accident and injury prevention plans and programs
- Manages practical tests within the recruitment process and conducts random practical test for existing pilots
- Manages and updates Competency Management System
- Analyzes software and hardware operations to determine most effective procedures for inclusion into training
- Updates the management team on government regulations
- Manages onboarding training of the new joiners
- Liaises with multiple managers and leadership team to identify areas of development and effectiveness of training
Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Induction of new hires – planning, coordination, delivery
- Identifying and creating training programs
- Identifying training needs, delivering methods, curriculum and evaluation measures
- Analyzing knowledge base of the current staff
- Utilizing multiple software outputs and presenting key results
- Reviewing, asses and implement new performance metrics for car wash and fueling
- Evolve LMS
