Over 5 years’ experience in the BPO/IT Industry mainly in the US, some parts of Europe and ANZ. Experiences’ in companies leaders in their field, such as: Business Process Outsourcing, Shared IT Services and Global Manufacturing and Supply. I am currently residing in Manila. I still continue to develop my expertise in Microsoft Technologies now focused with Office 365, SharePoint and Exchange Online.
