Remote Support Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting, Desktop & Server Support, IT Technical Support, System Infrastructure, Client / Vendor Relationship Management, and Hardware-related issues

Responsible For Handling Complete Maintenance Activities Of Softwares & Hardware Along with Troubleshooting.

Monitoring Symantec, Antivirus Console on daily basis checking for the virus-infected systems and cleaning the virus from systems.
Diagnosis of the problems for Hardware at the first level and Escalate to the Vendor
