Large Point-of-Sale (POS) Retail Worked with Professional Services to define “Business Critical”(deemed critical to the business) measurements for a large UK retail department store. My responsibilities included managing and implementing test requirements, outline schedules, allocating resources, managing budget, configuring & networking test lab, creating test scripts/automated scripts, and progress reports. The test objective was to verify that under loads the system maintained performance within defined guidelines without degradation.
