These Terms will be applied fully and affect to your use of this promotions. Prior claim to your rewards, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here.
All Flexgigzz promotions, benefits, offers, rewards and services are subject to availability, limited durations and may be changed by the Flexgigzz at any time without prior notice.
Use of your rewards, vouchers or credits will constitute your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

About the programs

Eligibility
All active Flexgigzz user are eligible to participate on our current promotion, offer, or reward. Flexgiggz members are responsible for reading and understanding the Promotions duration and how to claim their prizes. Eligible members are deemed to be bound by these terms and conditions. If a member has any questions about these program, the member should contact their dedicated account manager.
The Programs
Flexgigzz current promotions and offers are written on Flexgigzz website and social media. The programs include :
1. Dedicated Account Manager
a. Every Flexer ( Freelancer ) have dedicated account manager after join as a member.
b. Every Employer have dedicated account manager after join as a member.
2. Sign up as Flexer ( Freelancer ) to get up to $59 USD course credit to use on SOHO Learning hub website.
3. Sign up as Employer, post a job and able to participate on Employer of the month to get complimentary vouchers.
4. The best gigzz at the best price is created for flexer to be on our featured gigzz list and for employer to find the best offer from featured flexer.
5. Referral program is a program where any member can refer anyone to sign up at our website to get Flexgigzz Loyalty Program rewards. Please refer to Flexgigzz Loyalty Program on our website.

Programs Duration

Every promotions or offers on Flexgigzz website are subject to availability and limited period as mentioned below :
1. Dedicated Account Manager valid for active member on our website during membership period.
2. Sign up as Flexer ( Freelancer ) promotion is valid until 30th June 2021.
3. Employer of the month promotion is valid until 30th June 2021.
4. The best gigzz is valid until 30th June 2021.
5. Referral program is valid until 31st December 2021.

How to claim your prizes

Any active member can claim their rewards, vouchers, or credit by contact their account manager.
There are 3 types of promotions :
1. Automatic – Dedicated Account Manager and Referral programs. Every account will get personal manager. Any referral should follow the rules on FLP page on our website.
2. Manually selected – Employer of the month and The best gigzz at the best price. The Employer will be selected based on specific criteria and the best gigzz is under $7USD.
3. Limited – Sign up program for Flexer or Freelancer. Flexer are entitled to get short course voucher up to $59 USD. The amount will be credit to their account with validity up to 3 months, unless stated otherwise.
Any voucher or credit left unused or expired has no cash or monetary value that may be paid to a member, and Flexgigzz decision is final.

Prizes Transfer

You are not allowed to transfer, or substitute any of rewards and/or prizes under these Terms. Any reward, voucher or credit can be redeemed as described in this Terms and Conditions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Flexgigzz and you in relation to claim your prizes on Flexgigzz Promotions.
