For Freelancers aka “Flexer”

Freelancer or “Flexer” as commonly known here is free to sign up, create a profile, select specific skills, create gigzz, upload a portfolio, receive project notifications, discuss project details and chat with the employer, bid on jobs and join our Flexgigzz Loyalty Program (FLP).

Gigzz

For fixed price short-term projects or Gigzz, if you are chosen for a Gigzz, and you accept, there will be a standard commission fee charge of 13% for the Gigzz (Please look at FLP for rebate) . If you are subsequently paid more than the original bid amount, we will also charge the commission fee on any overage payments.

Flexer’s commission fee for fixed price short-term projects or Gigzz is 13% or USD$5.00, whichever is greater.

Jobs

For Jobs requirement posted by employer, flexer can bid for as many job and its free and If you are subsequently hired to perform that job, a standard commission fee of 13% for the job (Please look at FLP for rebate)  base on the total service price is charged.

Flexer’s Profile

Flexer are encouraged to post their personal and work achievement on their personal profile page and Its free.

Fee and charges

From there, employers can select a suitable Flexer to work on their respective job. If you are chosen for a job, you can discuss the pricing with potential employer using our chat system and if you are awarded the job, there will be a standard commission fee charge of 13% for the Gigzz (Please look at FLP for rebate).

Flexgigzz Loyalty Program (FLP)

Introducing our Flexgigzz Loyalty Program aka “FLP” and it’s a free loyalty program and will automatically be created once you get your first job. Over here you will enjoy commission rebate, rewards benefit as you progress further with us and loyalty rewards for using flexgigzz.

0% Fees Referral Promotion

Flexer project commissions fee will be reduced to 0% for all future projects performed by the referring flexer for the referred employer. Only for new employers that do not have an existing account on Flexgigzz.com and who join and create a new account.

For Employers

Employers be it individual or corporate here is free to sign up, view flexer’s profile, select specific Gigzz, post a job requirement, receive job notifications, discuss job details and chat with the flexer and join our Flexgigzz Loyalty Program (FLP).

Gigzz

Employment

Jobs Employer is free to sign up, post a project, receive bids from flexer, review the flexer’s portfolio and discuss the project requirements. If you choose to award the project, and the flexer accepts, there will be a standard commission fee of 3% or $3.00 USD (whichever is greater) The cost and how this fee is charged depends on the type of project.

Employer’s commission fee for job is 3% or USD$3.00, whichever is greater.

Employer may cancel the project from your dashboard at any time for up to seven (7) days after the project has been accepted for a full refund of your fee.

Flexer’s Profile

Employer can scroll thru flexer’s profile to view their personal and work achievement on their personal profile page and Its free. 

From there, employers can select a suitable flexer to work on their respective job. If you have chosen a Flexer for a job, you can discuss the pricing with potential flexer using our chat system and if you have awarded the job, there will be a standard commission fee charge of 3% or USD$5.00, whichever is greater.Employer’s commission fee for job is 3% or USD$5.00, whichever is greater.
