Our Account Coordinators’ main lift comes in the tactical, execution-heavy phase of Implementation. Implementation tasks could include anything from writing social media posts and community managing a clients’ various social profiles to brainstorming campaign ideas and proofing campaign collateral. But while they mainly handle tactical initiatives, we push our Account Coordinators to begin to think strategically as well. As they become more experienced, they’ll start to contribute to the strategic Planning phase, which involves pinpointing the channels, tactics, and technology needed to drive our clients’ organizations forward — then packaging these learnings, recommendations, and plan of attack into a tight, goal-oriented, full-funnel strategic plan to be presented to the client.

Qualifications

  • A proven ability to learn and grow in a previous marketing-related internship or full-time position
  • Must be a strategic thinker and eager learning — excited to assist with crafting marketing strategy and execute said strategy
  • Must be a problem-solver, able to assist the Account Executive in reacting quickly to new or complex client requests
  • Must have exceptional communication skills and be able to speak and write clearly and succinctly
  • Must be personable and able to develop great working relationships with internal team members
  • Must have excellent prioritization and organizational skills in order to juggle competing demands
  • Must be resilient and positive — even in difficult situations
  • Must be able to respond positively to and learn from constructive feedback
  • Must be detail-oriented and thorough
