We are looking for virtual admin assistant, you will have the primary responsibility of supporting administrative activities. You will also help manage communication and information flow within our branches.

What will you do :
  • Assistance of meeting/calendar functions of other team members.
  • Travel Management for domestic and international travel
  • Process forms and expense reports associated with travel
  • Task management and direct reports, ensuring that tasks and projects are completed.
  • Manage agenda development, meeting note assembly and delivery, recommendation of venues, and general meeting logistics.

 

Requirements :

    • 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, ideally from media, or retail company.
    • Excellent project management skills.
    • Experience supporting teams, coordinating large events and meetings.
    • Experience using MS Suite.
    • Knowledgeable with Social platforms.
