Our agents are part-time and work from home with flexible hours. They engage our existing customers via telephone and conduct a variety of customer experience surveys and engagement calls.

We are looking for friendly people with pleasant phone voices and responsible attitudes who type well and communicate comfortably and professionally over the phone, any nationality can apply.

Responsibility :

• Demonstrates the ability to carry out assignments independently, work form procedures, and exercise good judgment
• Demonstrates the ability to maintain the confidentiality of all records
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demands given tight time constraints while ensuring a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements:

• work well independently, having excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• own a computer / PC and have high speed internet access
• prior phone experience, technology enthusiast are preferred
• bilingual skills also a plus but not required
