Freelance Creative Talent Project Coordinator
As the Creative Team’s Recruiting Coordinator you will be the steady engine that enables us to drive our contractor and freelancer interview processes and ensure that every candidate has an amazing experience from start to finish. We’re looking for someone who cares deeply about great service, execution, and attention to detail. This is a great opportunity to view first hand the intricacies of operating a Creative Team.
- Be lead point of contact with Recruiting agencies, Creative leadership and the Talent Team to create and implement a creative contractor recruiting process.
- Ensure smooth communication and information hand-off between candidates
- Manage candidate experience from scheduling phone/video interviews to moderating onsite interviews
- Set up and manage creative contractor database
- Partner with Creative Operations Leadership to onboard new Creative hires.
- You will assist Creative Operations team with multiple projects of different scale.
