Freelance Data Specialist ( Portuguese language )

Our client  is looking for Data Specialist, one who is proficient in the Portuguese language, specifically the Brazilian Portuguese dialect. The Linguistic Data Specialist is responsible for providing foreign language support for language model training and tuning, as well as maintaining all transcription support materials. Th Linguistic Data Specialist adapts easily to a wide range of tasks and works well both independently and in a group. This is for remote position on specific length project.

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with focus in Business or the Social Sciences; an engineering or data specialist experienced
• Minimum 1 year professional experience, software/start-up environment a plus
• Knowledge of the Speech Analytics market desired
• Working knowledge of one or more foreign languages beneficial
• Prior Portuguese, specifically the Brazilian dialect, interpreting experience beneficial
