Freelance HR Clerk ( remote position )

We are looking for remote HR Clerk, this is short project for approximately 2 months only. You have to provide administrative support to the HR Team. Candidate from anywhere is welcome.
HR Clerk Duties :
- Assist with monthly completion of organization charts
- Provide support to Recruiter team such as Set up interviews, Submit background screens, Maintain tracking status of candidates
- Maintain employee electronic files
- Update company email distribution lists
- Assist with special projects
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum requirement :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidential information
