Project detail

We are looking for remote HR Clerk, this is short project for approximately 2 months only. You have to provide administrative support to the HR Team. Candidate from anywhere is welcome.

HR Clerk Duties :

  • Assist with monthly completion of organization charts
  • Provide support to Recruiter team such as Set up interviews, Submit background screens, Maintain tracking status of candidates
  • Maintain employee electronic files
  • Update company email distribution lists
  • Assist with special projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum requirement :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
