Legal and Business Development Executive

We are developing mobile apps to help peoples who have legal needs, peoples able to protect themselves by consulting a professional law firm/ freelance lawyer online.

Newly created role Reporting to director directly – join a growing firm who always keep a passion for developing product to meet people’s needs

Job Responsibilities

· Develop BD strategy, pipeline planning, client development and profile-raising

· Oversee & provide legal guidance to the product development

· Provide useful legal information and knowledge learned from previous work and help to improve our product

· Responsible for developing customer resources and expanding customer resources through telephone, WeChat, email, etc.;

· Analyze customer needs and customize personalized service plans for them; and perform implementation and landing services according to the situation of each area

· Design an interview or survey kit for future customers. This allows us to understand exactly the right metrics and motivation for that use case

· Assist the team on mobile app process, app policy improvements, system development and in prepare implementation and product launching

· Perform business analysis and reporting to management for decision-making purposes

Requirement

· Prior experience work as a Legal Counsel or dealing with lawyer will be ideal

· With general legal knowledge and law firm process will be an advantage

· Strong relationship builder, has a positive attitude and is a team player

· Stay curious about all new things and tech matters

· Capable of quickly learning new software product(s) and able to clearly communicate its value proposition

· Demonstrated experience selling software solutions into diverse vertical markets,

· a strong problem solver, demonstrates good commercial awareness and thinks outside the box to generate new ideas

· Must able to speak Mandarin and English (to liaise with Chinese Director)
