Phone Verification Specialist

We are looking for phone verification specialist from anywhere, this is remote position also accepting proposal from fresh graduate.

• The Verification Specialist is responsible for the prompt and efficient handling of customer inquires regarding their loan application status.
• They will be responsible for accurately reading and interpreting supporting financial documents provided by the customer in conjunction with their application.
• Verifications Specialists are also required to meet daily production and quality standards.
• Must be detail oriented with excellent customer service skills.
• Previous loan application processing a plus but not required.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Required to work minimum 15 hours per month
