We are currently seeking candidates for a dedicated and charismatic Account Manager to join us in our commitment to providing the best possible experience to all of our customers. We highly value our reputation and need someone who shares our passion to build and grow upon it.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Territory Managers in scheduling and managing jobs in our system
  • Communicate logistics and schedules with customers, Field Staff, and paint crews on a continual basis
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all of our clients through honesty, integrity, and positivity
  • Order paint and supplies and maintaining 3rd party relationships
  • Provide resolution to all service issues and customer questions
  • Build positive relationships with all customers and staff members
  • Manage routine and unscheduled tasks in an efficient, organized manner
  • Continually promote company in all interactions with customers
  • Guide customers through the job from estimate to completion
  • Learn our processes, paints and finishes, and job variables
  • Assist when needed and for training


Requirements

  • Previous successful experience in a Customer Service industry
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment
  • Solid work history, citing recognition and promotion
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Various software and data entry proficiency
  • Ability to collaborate and be a team player
