We are looking for you – dynamic, best-in-class talent – to join the Reprise team as a Senior Specialist, Paid Social. In this role you will develop paid social campaigns while training and managing Specialists to service our top clients and help take JNJ to the next level. This opportunity will kick-start your career in media and provide a platform to partner with the world’s leading consumer brands.

  • Develop, optimize, test, and maintain paid social advertising campaigns
  • Understand client goals and how to maximize those measures of success through tactical strategies, technologies, and analyzation of data
  • Create and deliver effective media plan details for paid social – in context to wider media efforts
  • Set-up promoted paid social posts, including coordination of assets between creative agencies, client teams, and other partners
  • Brainstorm and research targeting and copy ideas for specific campaigns, including new betas and opportunities with our partners
  • Manage and train junior team members and oversee their career development

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3+ years of experience in Paid Social
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Experience in web analytics, ad tracking, and other biddable media a plus
  • Familiarity with 3rd-party tracking vendors and integrating with social platforms
  • Strong working understanding of the Paid Social and Native Advertising industry and platforms, including major players and supporting technology (social management tools like 4C), Facebook Power Editor, Twitter Ads, etc.
  • Experience working on enterprise level paid social media accounts with large ($1m+) budgets
  • Proven ability to understand high-level client goals and how they translate into paid media strategy when applied via online technologies
  • Understanding of broader media planning and buying – to ensure integration and coordination with wider media objectives occur
  • Technical background a plus (conversion tagging, FTP, HTML, SQL, etc.) with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
