You will also be the manager’s eyes for metrics and performance red flags as well as suggesting them improvements and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate a team of social media coordinators
• Organize workflows that gives the team visibility to anticipate challenges
• Work alongside the management team to facilitate day-to-day operations
• Create and update social media metrics reports
• Manage original images production workflow
• Suggest strategic social media and operational improvements

Goals:

• Ensure that pages are getting significant social-driven traffic
• Amplify social media reach across all pages
• Create a seamless workflow between management and coordinators
• Establish an efficient and consistent way to report performance
