We are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist ( Remote or Freelance position )
Responsibilities :
- Manage recruiting for technical, business and administrative roles.
- Train, coach, and provide support to hiring managers on writing job descriptions.
- Develop sourcing strategies in conjunction with hiring managers.
- Source qualified candidates for approved job openings via traditional and non-traditional channels, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Support the team with general HR initiatives as time allows
Experience:
– 5+ years of recruiting experience, Bachelor degree required.
– Experience managing a full life cycle recruiting desk.
– Proven track record of recruiting candidates in the areas of administration, manufacturing, research & development, clinical operations.
– Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System strongly preferred.
– Extensive experience with LinkedIn as a sourcing and recruiting platform.
– Previous experience leveraging a diversity of social media platforms for recruiting.
