Virtual Technology Trainer Assistant ( Remote )

Responsible for assisting and aiding the Virtual Technology Trainer in handling a wide range of clerical tasks to include: creating support materials, reviewing existing documentation and video for accuracy and relevance, creating mini scripts in preparation for recording new videos, answering questions from employees via email and over the phone, assist with scheduling training, and any other training related support.
Skills & Experience
- This position requires strong data management and support skills with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Above average experience with Office 365 applications like (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, OneDrive, Outlook, Skype)
- Camtasia and Snagit application knowledge a plus
- Computer savvy (good comfortable understanding of Windows 10 operating system, web browsers, and software in general)
- Extremely detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrates initiative and self-motivation, is conscientious and provides complete follow-through on areas of responsibility, with minimal supervision and “can do” attitude
- Aptitude to quickly understand Best Friends organization, tools, processes, culture, and technology
- Ability to learn new applications quickly
- Have problem solving abilities
