Sales Executive/ Procurement Executive
Make a forecast sales target report by weekly, monthly and yearly.
● Take part in tender RFG - customer’s tender list, tenderboard by
submitting and following with.
● Comparing and negotiating with the new or old suppliers .
● Provide support and follow up with the account manager to visit the
customers.
● Attend our internal demonstration of Power tool (Milwaukee) and
Enerpac Hydraulic products.
● Conduct the product’s demonstration to the customer.
● Learning and knowing of our suppliers’ product such as fitting/ coupler
series, tubes/ hoses series, valve series, stud bolt & nut series, pallet truck/lifting, plumbing, electronic and electricals, stationery, cleaning supplies and marine supplies and etc.
● Mainly take part in industries - chemicals, schools, hotels, marine and etc.
Sale Executive
Presenting and selling company products (barcode printer, 1D/2D scanner, data collector, label & ribbon, POS hardware, seagull bartender software).
● Providing advice and assistance on technical issues (setup, installation, troubleshooting).
● Develop sales strategies with action plans to meet desired goals and sales targets by cold calling as well as site visit.
● Preparing daily sale activities including quotation, discussing credit term, purchase order, controlling inventory, weekly sales report.
Field Executive
● Collecting the data of individuals or organizations via Street Intercept (SI), Door to Door, Phone Interview, Central Location Test (CLT), Mystery Shopper, and consolidate the result by using statistical and analytical methods..
● Assists in project management and day to day operations in the Quantitative research department.
● Preparation of 3M (Manpower, Materials, Money), sample size, methodology, length of interview (LOI), criteria of screening question.
Transactional Specialist Executive
● Validate & process agreements for Microsoft
● Use Microsoft with MSL, Cloud, SQL Server, Sharepoint & Office 365
SQL for managing data in Relational Database Management
● System(RDMS) to check price & quantity
● Resolve queries on Service Level Agreements (SLA) timing
