Son of an English major and a professional grant writer, I have grown up beneath the bookshelves of my parents’ libraries and have been raised as a reader and writer from a young age. I am a passionate outdoorsman who practices stewardship to the Earth and seeks to inspire others to take care of the Earth and thus each other. I am a traveler, who has been many places and met many people, who has seen both the wonderful and the tragic. I travel to learn, and I learn so that I may write. I write so that I may inspire others, and I inspire others to travel and learn for themselves what this big, beautiful world has to offer. I am a member of the International Association of Professional Writers and Editors.
